Return & Refund Policy

At Car Upgrades, we strive to provide high-quality automotive accessories and excellent customer service. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.


1. Eligibility for Return

We accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:

  • The item received is damaged, defective, or not as described.

  • The item is unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags/manuals intact.

  • You initiate a return request within 48 hours of delivery.

We do not accept returns for:

  • Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or improper installation.

  • Electrical parts once unpacked/installed.

  • Custom or specially ordered products.

  • Items returned without prior approval or beyond the return window.


2. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us via email at carupgradesind@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.

  2. Provide your Order ID, photos of the item (and the packaging), and a brief description of the issue.

  3. Our team will verify and, if eligible, arrange for return pickup or ask you to courier it back.

Do not send items back without prior confirmation.


3. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • If the return is approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

  • Refunds will be made to the original payment method (UPI, card, bank transfer, etc.).

  • In case of Cash on Delivery orders, we may request your bank/UPI details for processing.


4. Exchange Policy

  • If you prefer a replacement instead of a refund, let us know during your return request.

  • Replacements are subject to stock availability.

  • If the replacement is unavailable, a full refund will be issued.


5. Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged on arrival), we will bear the return shipping costs.

  • For all other cases, return shipping will be at the customer’s expense.

7. Important Notes

  • We reserve the right to refuse returns if the product does not meet the return conditions.

  • Fraudulent or abusive return behavior may result in loss of return/refund eligibility.
